Mini Beauty Haul

Hello Lovelies!

Earlier in the week, my sister and I paid a visit to a couple drug stores. She grabbed a Lisa Frank clipboard/coloring set (I'm pretty sure I had something similar when I was her age) and I picked up a few beauty supplies.
My attempted artistic shot.
Julie G Nail Polish in Gelato In Venice : I was about to pick up Essie's Mint Candy Apple when this little bottle caught my eye. It was half the price of Essie nail polish, so I sort of figured it would also be half the quality, but, so far, I'm loving it!

C. Booth Buttercream Body Souffle : Let's just say this smells like heaven, and if I didn't know better, I'd say it was a tub of buttercream frosting! Not only does it smell like heaven, but it also feels like heaven. I think I'm in love.

Essie Nail Polish in Adore-a-Ball : Let's be real, Essie is fabulous. I haven't found a nail polish of theirs that I haven't liked. Adore-a-Ball is no exception, it's the perfect light-light pink (think french manicure pink) for when you're not feeling like a colored nail, but also don't want them naked!

Revlon CustomEyes Shadow & Liner in Gold Spun : The palette includes a shimmery black (meant to be the liner - but I'm not too big on powder-as-a-liner), a shimmery gold, a matte light brown, a shimmery white, and a shimmery dark brown. I haven't actually tried this on my eyes yet, but I did swipe the shades on my wrist and found that they're not super pigmented. However, I think it should be a nice little palette to pop in my purse.

Have you tried any of these products before? What do you think?

{YOU'RE BEAUTIFUL}

Hello lovelies!

Lots of my Facebook friends have been sharing this video over the past week. I thought it mind be worth a watch, and let me tell you, it certainly was!
According to Dove, only 4% of women worldwide consider themselves beautiful. ONLY FOUR PERCENT. But guess what! You ARE beautiful.

Take a couple minutes out of your day and hit 'play.' I can promise you'll be glad you did.

PEPLUM + COLOR POP

Hello lovelies!
It was a beautiful day in the neighborhood today {cue Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood theme song} and actually felt a bit like spring! Hurray!
I saw The Host today with some friends. I had pretty high expectations because I really enjoyed the book, but sadly the movie wasn't my favorite. I felt like they went through the storyline so quickly and everything happened all at once.

Anyways, here's what I wore! It wasn't quite warm enough to go without a jacket, but I really loved the sleeves on my top so I froze for most of the day! ;)

{Jacket - Hollister}
{Perplum Top - Rue21}
{Pants - Walmart (can you believe it?!)}
{Leopard Flats - TJ MAXX}

{Bag - Rue21}

{Necklace - Claire's}
I think this bag will become a staple in my spring/summer wardrobe! What's your favorite spring outfit?

EASTER!

Hello lovelies!
In typical Abigail fashion, I'm wishing you a happy Easter a couple days late (or maybe early for next year, hmm?). I hope your day was fabulous - mine sure was!

My family headed down to my Dad's side for the weekend which is always a good time. My Grandmother fills and hides eggs for all of us grandkids, no matter how old we are, and it never ceases to be the highlight of my Easter!  I got to see some cousins and aunts and uncles I hadn't seen in ages and just basically had tons of fun!
So, much fun that there really wasn't any time to take photos of my outfit, and I thought it was rather blog-worthy.
But thankfully, during the hunt, my Dad snapped some photos so you can get a peak at what I wore.

{Cousin Sam and her Easter ears.}

{Action Shot}
{Blazer - Kohls}
{Black Button Up Dress (tucked in as shirt) - TJ MAXX}
{Coral Skirt - American Eagle}
{Statement Necklace - Rue 21}
{Leopard Flats - TJ MAXX}
Well, I hope you enjoyed those rather awkward pictures! What are your favorite Easter traditions?
